Got a need for Speed?! The IW-RS112-08 substantially supports NVMe hybrid storage and PCIe 4.0 with backplane Slimline (SFF-8654 x8) slots. This 1U compact, hybrid storage server possesses powerful storage capacity that maxes out at twelve 2.5” (15mm) trays. The exclusive tray design combined with the 40 x 56mm fans (x 6) brings excellent airflow throughout the enclosure.

Compact with Compatibility

The IW-RS112-08 is compact but hosts large storage capability. This 12-bay, 2.5" SAS/SATA is also fully compliant with up to 4-bay U.2 NVMe.
Users can enjoy the flexible storage configurations to meet their demands.
Completely showing the chassis’ compatibility, the IW-RS112-08 supports PCIe 4.0 x16 full-height PCIe slot x 1 (PCIe 4.0 x16 riser card is included).

Speedy with PCIe Gen4

The IW-RS112-08 offers two types of backplane: Full Mini-SAS HD or partial Slimlines. Users can choose either backplane according to their requirements. Nevertheless, the Slimline backplanes adopting SFF-8654 x8 slots can readily support PCIe 4.0 speeds, and with half the cables (compared with SFF-8654 x4), which can provide better cable management.
