Gen5 Backplane
The IW-RS116-E1 features PCIe Gen5 backplanes (MCIO 8i), delivering up to 32 GT/s per lane, twice the speed of PCIe Gen4. Enhanced signal processing reduces latency. Each MCIO 8i connector supports two E1.S drives, reducing cables and enhancing airflow, making it the perfect solution for next-generation cloud and storage needs.

Cooling Solutions
Six 40 x 56 mm PWM easy-swap fans are pre-installed, delivering excellent thermal performance at 33,000 RPM. The perforated front panel and drive bay design ensure sufficient airflow intake.

The IW-RS116-E1 supports full-length PCIe slots, maximizing the compatibility of your 1U compact server and enabling further expandability.
