The IW-RS224-E3 features two pre-installed NVMe Gen5 backplanes with 12 MCIO 8i connectors, delivering exceptional data throughput. Optimized for PCIe Gen5, it supports demanding workloads like AI training and high-frequency data processing with reliable, high-speed connectivity.
Compact and Condensed
The IW-RS224-E3 accommodates 24 slim 7.5 mm E3 trays in a compact 2U form factor, delivering high storage density and enhanced airflow for stable thermal performance. With tool-less serviceability and a space-conscious tray design, it’s an ideal solution for AI, HPC, and data-intensive applications.
Flexible Cabling
To complement the IW-RS224-E3’s high-speed architecture, InWin offers optional MCIO 8i-to-8i cables in 400 mm and 550 mm lengths, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of motherboards and provide a complete storage solution.
Motherboard Expandability
The IW-RS224-E3 supports up to 12.5" x 14" EEB motherboards, offering greater expandability than standard ATX or smaller form factors. This added flexibility enables broader compatibility with high-performance components and advanced system configurations.
Thermal Excellence
The IW-RS224-E3 is purpose-built to meet the thermal demands of PCIe Gen5 systems. It features 24 ventilated E3.S NVMe hot-swap trays and four 17,000 RPM modular fans, working in tandem to deliver maximum airflow and cooling efficiency.
High-Capacity Power Expansion
Features a pre-installed Power Distribution Board (PDB) supporting power modules up to 2000W. The 80 PLUS® Platinum 1600W CRPS power module is available as an optional power solution, delivering up to 94% efficiency at 50% load for stable, high-performance operation.
